Total Relaxation is situated within Menzies Cambridge Hotel and Golf Club in Bar Hill, on the outskirts of Cambridge.

Total Relaxation is open to everyone for all your everyday needs from a Beauty Salon to your more relaxing treatments to help ease away stress and tension in the form of a massage, facial or body treatment.

Working closely with the Hotel and Leisure Complex, Total Relaxation is also able to offer you Spa Days so you may come and use the facilities on site, and as we are located in the Leisure Club you do not even have to worry about getting dressed from being in the pool for your treatment.

Everybody is welcome, if you are just wanting to visit as you are local, or you want to make more of a day of your visit and use the facilities or if you are staying within the hotel and just want to be able to relax.

Total Relaxation is open 7 days a week:

Monday, Thursday and Friday  10am - 8pm

Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday 10am - 6pm

Sunday 10am - 1pm

If you require a treatment time outside these hours, please just ask and we will do all we can to help you achieve a time suitable to you.
