Payment Policy

All treatments must be paid for at time of treatment.

Credit and debit cards are subject to a £1 admin fee on transactions below £50

Room charges are not accepted.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers for all treatments and monetary values are always available. Vouchers are valid for 3 months from date of purchase.

Cancellation Policy

In order to provide the very best possible service to all clients, please provide 24 hours notice when cancelling an appointment. Regrettably, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged if an appointment is not kept and sufficient notice has not been given.

Day Spa Policy

Robes and towels must be returned at the end of your day, however you will be able to keep the slippers!

Regrettably credit, debit cards and room charge are not accepted.

We do ask for a deposit of 50% of the chosen package cost. This is non refundable in the event of cancellation or non arrival.

Package Treatment Bookings

All treatments in your chosen package can be booked at individual times during your visit. Please arrange this at the time of booking.
